For any dogs boarding overnight, we highly recommend bringing their own food for us to serve for each meal. If not possible, we have house food available for purchase.

As we feed dozens of dogs per day, we greatly appreciate owners pre-measuring food , labeling, and separately bagging each meal. This makes it significantly easier for our team to complete our extensive feeding process in a much more efficient manner.
Boarding Pick-up
Boarding pick-ups before 12PM do not incur daycare charges for that day's care!
Prices for boarding pick-up
after 12PM are as follows:

Peak Rates
Holidays are our busiest times of the year! To keep up with our high demand and increased staffing, an additional charge of $10/dog/day applies to daycare and boarding on the following dates:​

During these peak times, we collect a
50% deposit on all reservations. If you have a reservation and your plans change, please notify us > 24 hours in advance to allows us enough time to accommodate our waitlist.
If the reservation is cancelled before 24 hours of the start time, the deposit will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the start time or no-showed entirely, the deposit will be forfeited.

Early Drop-off + Late Pick-up
We always ask that all drop-offs and pick-ups be within our normal business hours; this ensures the smoothest possible transaction with our Front Desk and minimizes the opportunity for instructions to be miscommunicated.
However, we understand that certain circumstances may require an early D/O or late P/U. In these cases, any early D/O or late P/U needed beyond our operating hours will incur a $25 flat fee per service. This fee is in addition to the cost of daycare which is calculated by total hours spent in the facility, inside and outside of business hours.
